| Transcript | [Southfield?] June 22 1889. Dear Annie I guess you will think I did not care much about you but I havent had time to write I know you will forgive me when I tell you we have been cleaning house these last three weeks but to day is Sunday and I have got all day. Will and I could not come up this month but we are coming up the [torn] of July, sure if they [-ive] any doings or not Annie I think your picture is just lovely it is a perfect picture of you. When I get mine taken you shall have one no matter if it is 2 years from now. Mrs Jackson has been ill but is well again I hear your sister has left it will be lonesome for you now did she take her organ with her have you heard of the show at B-ham [Birmingham?]. I have been up 3 nights they are going. [Stained] next wednesday the show was splendid [Stained] night. He extracts [teeth?]] [and?] went up yesterday and had too [two?] puled [pulled?] there was one woman in B-ham [Birmingham?] that had 16 one day and 16 the next I guess she must be going to have a new set all around they say it doesnt hurt the way he pulls them he is real pleasant yet he is determined any thing he says he means. dear I never saw such paper be fore I cant write at all if you get it read you will do well I think. I havent showed Will your picture yet but I am going to the next time he comes over he is a jolly good boy Annie you want to [watch] him he hasent [hasn't?] got any girl at present Well Annie my paper is running short so I will have to close with my love to you Edwd [Edward?] write if you can before the fourth I suppose you will up that [torn] anyhow [so?] [it?] [wont?] [get?] [left?] Edwd [Edward?] |
