| Transcript | [Letter 2] [Page 1] July 1st 1891 Dear James Word has come over to us that George Barkely [Barclay?] [Bradkeel?] is dead this morning Doctors Tompson [Thompson?] Omagh and Conon [Conan?] was [sic] in attendance But without affect ] over heating [overheating?] going to Spiren [Sperrin?] pound I beleive [believe?] was the cause. I went [over?] to see him on Monday he was in a terebial [terrible?] state could not spake [speak?] took one or two to hold him in Bed he was in such a rage with inflamation [inflammation?] of the head his Death will be much felt with Anny [Annie?] with 4 small children all little girls after 4 days [severe?] illness death has poot [put?] an end to the Battle] a hard one |
