| Transcript | Friendsville, 10th 1 mo 1821 Enoch Walker's family will shortly remove to about 16 miles away. Mentions "thy uncle Jo — I am about to set out within three days upon a long & tedious journey to Pittsburgh. I suppose 350 miles from this & on foot" This was apparently about the "Susy Douglass affair"; the latter is mistaken as to the codicil of Wm Hcazeiton's Will; she thought she was to get all his personal property in America, but now it appears that thtee heirs near Pittsburgh had equal shares; these are WH's two sisters and Edward Heazelmn's wife. Mentions the legacy to Anne O Brien which he will endeavour to get paid; Mary McDonnell last heard of in New York; "Emmor Kimber" was here about two months ago; Aunt Morton used to think a great deal of him —. he has been disowned" owing to his failure.
