| Transcript | To John & Robert Gordon, & John Callwell, Belfast 1 January 1757 Gentlemen: We are favoured with yours of the 15th September, & we assure you it is with concern we inform you your Snow Lord Russel, Captain Hathorn, dis not yet appear. If she should get in, we dont expect to get her A Flaxseed Freight, as we have had a very hard winter which has stoped A great part of it in the Country, & we are affraid has put her off the coast.
