| Transcript | To Robert Calwell, Belfast 17 June 1756 Sir: I have not heard from you this Spring. But as I have account of most Vessels I wrote you by last Winter being arrived, must refer you to them. The 1st May last Mr. Thomas Greg Enterd into Partnership with me. Our Firm you have below. I take this opportunity to return you thanks for your past favours & at the same time must assure you Our best endeavors will be used for your Interest in all your commands. We received, by the Jean, A Box of Linnen &, by the Two Brothers, A Bundle of Linnen, both for your account. They are much too fine for this Market & will be very slow sale. There are a part of what you shiped last year yet on hand. We have had A good Spring, but it is too soon to be able to judge how the Crop of Flaxseed will turn out. WC, G&C Via Liverpool per Capt.
