| Transcript | EMA Pontiac Sep 6 1889 Dear Sister I recieved [received?] your letter and was glad to Hear you are improving in Health I hope nothing very serious is the matter well I have Some little news to tell you lizzie Lucas was to See me when the [she?] was up to Law suit George McClelland Called on Miss Harmon & lizzie on me well I did not ask permission to go through the Halls with her I took her through the Bither L Laundry and then left her Standing in the reception room & left her quite short too So I Hope She wont come to See me no more well Annie I have a particular motive in writing and it is this does it make any real difference if I take your dress Skirt to have made over and you keep mine and have it made over and have that Velvet to put with it and ill [I'll?] get Some more for my own and if you like Send it up and ill [i'll?] have it fixed same as mine our hall is going on a picnic tomorrow I can think of no more from your Loving Sister Weir Write Soon |
