[received?] a reply to same in which he refers me to you, in my letter to him I said I was willing to take the money Mr. Black bid me for the Land, or otherwise I was quite willing to leave my case to the arbitration of any two tenants on the Benburb Estate and Mr. Bruce himself to be the third man.
